Access within DSM

DSM will access your personal data only to the extent necessary for the realization of said purposes. Relevant DSM personnel (e.g. from the? Marketing and Communications team) can use it to carry out their jobs in line with the purposes of collection.

DSM can also share it with its group companies, always only for the purposes listed above and always subject to our intra-company rules. Those rules are called the Binding Corporate Rules for Customer and Supplier Personal Data and have been adopted to build a safe internal data transfer between DSM companies worldwide.

Access by other companies

We may share certain personal data also outside of DSM with so-called third parties and if we do, we will also put in place, when necessary, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data is processed exclusively for said purposes and under confidentiality obligations.

We use cookies or pixels, or similar technologies, when you interact with and use the DSM.com website and its sub-sites, click on our ads/banners on social media pages or in our emails. In most cases we will not be able to identify you directly from the information we collect using these technologies.

We store cookies on your computer in compliance with the latest regulations, on the basis of your consent with our Cookie Management Tool (the banner on the website’s initial page), which will pop-up during your first visit on our website.
